Okay, that episode killed me, in more ways than one. Donna's trippy dream-life was incredible. I loved that. Also, I fully jumped back from the screen at the reveal of Evangelista's face. Holy CRAP. Donna losing her kids...I cried. Heartbreaking.
The Doctor! Okay, all of them dying...very, very sad. Incredibleness. And I thought River was quite sweet, although a bit selfish. "Whine whine whine, he's not MY Doctor!"
Now, the bit that pissed me off a LOT? RIVER KNOWING HIS NAME. ARGH. ARGH. I was willing to not see her as a Sue but then: "You know my name? But THAT means...?" Yeah. It means she's fucking SPECIAL. It means that she's his truuuuue loooooovee, ooooooh. Grah. I like to believe my friend Leah's version of things and say that he only told her his name because he knew she'd need it to convince him in the past that she knew him. And while we're at it, I'll say that he only had the relationship with her in the first place because he knew it would save everyone in the library.
Shh. My fangirl mind is ALWAYS right, shut up. That said, I squealed VERY loudly at "Everybody Lives!" Because Nine is awesome.
I really REALLY don't want Donna to die. What does it mean that River made that face? No! I...I love Donna. I want her to stay forever, or at least have the opportunity to come back like Martha. Sometimes I long for the relative simplicity of Old Who.
Screw 'Rose Tyler, Defender of Earth'. I want a Donna show.
